Buyer Client Letter, December

My wife and I have spent the past several years assembling the means of purchasing property in northern New Mexico.  (What Texan hasn’t?)  Last spring we were ready to commit to a purchase, with a firm idea of what we could spend and what our important search parameters were.

I then contacted Santa Fe Properties, and you directed us to Amber Haskell and Melissa Adair.  We could not have been more pleased and delighted with that recommendation.

Amber and Melissa are delightful ladies and a pleasure to spend time with.  More to the task at hand, though, they are extremely competent and accommodating realtors.  They quickly and efficiently homed in on what we were really seeking and narrowed the search to those properties.   Within two weeks of our initial visit with them, they called to say “We’ve found the perfect place for you.”  We flew out for the weekend, and sure enough it was just what we needed.  It was under contract before we flew home Sunday.

They were extremely helpful in enabling us to complete the purchase from our home in Dallas.  They found inspectors and the other local agencies necessary to complete the purchase.

And finally, we realized that the floors had to be refinished with just over a week to go before we moved in.  Again, the two lovely ladies came through and found a contractor to do the work in the time available, so that we could move our furniture in immediately after closing.
