True North Builders is Santa Fe’s custom contractor. Offering beautiful single family homes, historic adobe restoration & remodels, large community based compounds and commercial buildings.

Cody North is a fifth generation builder. He was born in the mountains near Taos and raised in Santa Fe. With more than 20 years of construction experience Cody has been in the trades most of his life. Starting as a laborer taught him the value of hard work. At 19 he started his first business handling all of the warranty work for Anderson windows in New Mexico and Southern Colorado. Cody has worked as a stone mason under some of the best. His experience also includes the management of large crews building water features for golf courses across the county.

As vice-president of his family’s construction business for many years, building large equestrian facilities and light commercial buildings in Colorado, he learned the business side of the trades that are in his blood. With this experience and knowledge True North Builders was born.
