The Palace Court Building located at 135 W. Palace Avenue was constructed in 1988. It has been the home to Galleries and other retailers - both on the first and second floors. The third floor has been restaurants and nightclubs. It is a highly visible corner location at Palace and Grant Avenues just a couple of blocks west of the Santa Fe Plaza. Currently there two suites available on the second level of 1389 sq ft and 1314 sq ft. The third floor has most recently been used as restaurant and corporate office headquarters for a national restaurant chain. It consists of 5,130 sq ft of interior space and 1,075 of beautiful balcony space, overlooking both Palace and Grant Avenues. This floor has also been successfully utilized as a popular nightclub in the past. There is a passenger elevator as well as a freight elevator to service the upper floors.
Santa Fe’s Northeast area, within city limits, while conveniently located, gives residents the pleasure of quiet living. On every tree-lined street are examples of newer, award-winning architecture and well-established, older adobes. In addition to the Santa Fe Plaza, this area extends east from St. Francis Drive and south of Alameda to the edge of the climb to the Sangre de Cristos.
