As one is driving north on Hwy 84, towards Abiquiu, a small community known as Tierra Azul, blue dirt, most passersby are drawn to this landmark building. Claimed to have been an old school house and at one point, a community center, those old adobe walls, now all lined with rock, will remain standing for a hundred years to come. Although it is just a shell, it is ready for someone to make a name and complete. Whether it is completed as a home or a business, one does not need much more security, then the one the travelers passing by provide. The building is surrounded with incredible ever changing views, that the arch shaped windows will capture, both day and night. The structure is set on 0.80 acres. There is electricity with a meter on the building, the interior has had some wiring done. The water well hole has been drilled and there are signs that water may have been pumped out of it in the past, but yet a project to complete. The septic tank was delivered, but the system is not complete. The landmark is ready for completion, you can make it yours. OWNER CARRY AVAILABLE.
