A beautiful lot in a verry nice subdivision. The Brazos are known for the tallest water falls in NM locally known as El Chorro. Just two short miles up the road from the lot. There is year-round access in the subdivision, and Highway 512 is a well-maintained county road. The lot has tall ponderosa pines, various other pines along with gamble oak as well. There is a flat building spot without too much clearing needed. The lot has electricity already to it. Wildlife is everywhere such as Mule deer, turkey, and bird watchers will be happy... the Brazos River is about a quarter of a mile away with great fly fishing and public access. Heron lake and Elevado lakes are not far and the chama river is close by as well. Chama is a short fifteen miles away. Pagosa springs is about an hour drive and Santa Fe is about an hour and a half. Chama has the Toltec Scenic Railroad you can ride as well. So come check out the peace and quiet of Chama New Mexico along with all its beauty and clean air as well.
